What documentation will KBIS Insurance need me to provide?

As with most insurance companies, you will need to provide some basic information when you contact KBIS Insurance:

  • Policy number and name
  • Full personal details of the deceased, including their National Insurance number
  • Date of death
  • The name and contact details of the person dealing with the death – don’t forget, if this isn’t you, that you will need to receive their permission to be able to pass on their details

What happens next?

As with most insurance companies, KBIS Insurance will have their own procedures that will need to be completed. They will keep you informed as to where they are with those.
