What information is required to tell Aviva Travel Insurance of a bereavement?

To ensure a smooth process, try to have the following information on hand when notifying Aviva Travel Insurance of a death:

  • Policy Number
  • Type of Claim – A Death Claim
  • Name of the Deceased
  • Address of the Deceased
  • Date of Birth of the Deceased
  • Date of Death of the Deceased
  • Cause of Death (stated on the certificate)
