How Do I Notify Lycamobile of a Death?
Calling the team on 0207 132 0322
By writing to cs@lycamobile.co.uk

What documentation will you need to notify Lycamobile of a death?

It would help to have a contract, or the paperwork that came with the Sim card.

But, if that's not possible, you will need to provide the name and telephone number of the deceased.

What happens next?

Once you have contacted them, a member of the Lycamobile team should be in touch, to help you through the next steps.
