Details of the account you would like the funds to be paid to:

What happens next?
After you have notified Co-Operative Bank, you should be sent a letter confirming in writing what further steps may need to take place, including any additional documentation they may need.
They may also apply the following steps:
- Freeze accounts until account closure
- Cancel any standing orders and/or direct debits
