- Date of Death
- Full name and usual address
- Death certificate or interim death certificate (scan or photograph)
- A piece of photographic ID, such as a passport of driving licence, to upload and verify your identity. (scan or photograph)
How to Report a Death to Iceland Bonus Card
Unfortunately, we are unable to notify Iceland Bonus Card of a death, however you can tell them yourself by:
What documentation will I need when contacting the Iceland Bonus Card support team?
When you contact them for the first time, you should have the following to hand:
- The Iceland Bonus Card number (it begins with 63320400)
- Email address associated with the account, and full details of the deceased
- Contact details for the person dealing with the Estate – if that’s not you, remember to ensure that you have their permission to give their contact details
What happens next?
If you have requested to switch the monies to someone else, there will be a process that Iceland Bonus Card has to undertake. But, they will keep you updated throughout.
