How do you notify AXA Insurance of a Death?

AXA Insurance allows you to notify them of a bereavement in two ways. You can either phone them on 0330 024 1158.

Depending on whether you wish to cancel the insurance AFTER you’ve been sent your renewal invitation, you can log in to your AXA Account and decline the renewal.

If you wish to cancel the insurance BEFORE you’ve been sent your renewal invitation, you can cancel your policy online in your AXA account.
